Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square promise shoppers unlimited WiFi access.

Shopping centres Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square will offer customers "unlimited, uncompromised and super-fast WiFi", says the malls' property management company.

Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square join other shopping malls across Johannesburg to provide customers with a free WiFi experience.

Jonathan Sinden, Liberty Two Degrees asset management executive of Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square, says: "At Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square we want to bring exceptional experiences to our shoppers. This is something that we are focusing on strategically at every touch point, so that our consumers want to stay and play in our spaces.

"We are confident the implementation of free and uncapped WiFi for our shoppers is sure to meet the emerging social trends of being connected on-the-go," he adds.

Sandton City is owned by Liberty Group, Liberty Two Degrees and Pareto. The shopping centre is home to over 300 local and international retailers.

Nelson Mandela Square, also owned by Liberty Group and Liberty Two Degrees, is located adjacent to Sandton City.
