AWCape is proud to have implemented one of the first Sage Intacct solutions in South Africa. Sage Intacct is an award-winning, cloud-native accounting and financial management solution acquired by Sage in 2017 to form one of the cornerstones of its transformation into a great SaaS company.
Sage Intacct is a powerful cloud accounting and financial management solution, designed for finance professionals, providing deep multi-dimensional accounting, interactive reporting and dashboards, multi-industry pre-optimised functionalities and automation for efficient financial operations and sophisticated visibility for real-time decision-making.
The solution received the highest score in Gartner’s 2020 Critical Capabilities for Cloud Core Financial Management Suites for Midsize, Large and Global Enterprises, beating Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft and SAP to name some of the contenders.
AWCape has worked closely with Retail Capital in Cape Town to help the company migrate from Sage 300cloud to Sage Intacct. We have a longstanding relationship with Retail Capital as its implementation and support partner for Sage 300cloud software.
Retail Capital has funded over 28 000 businesses with more than R3 billion over the past decade. Many of those businesses did not qualify for traditional loans, and Retail Capital stepped in to give them the funds they needed to thrive and survive. Retail Capital contracted AWCape to implement Sage Intacct because it needed a robust cloud solution to support its meteoritic growth.
A key requirement for Retail Capital was above average integration capabilities with its existing Salesforce and debtor management systems. With Sage Intacct’s historical track record with all installations receiving more than 60% of all input to the system through integrations, AWCape’s experience as a systems integrator was of major importance.
